Data and Privacy

Frequently Asked Questions
How quickly will I get a response to my support request?+
Our support team responds to requests received on business days (Monday - Friday) within an average of 24 hours. Requests received on weekends and public holidays are processed on the next business day. For urgent matters, please include "URGENT" in your email subject line.
How do I delete my account?+
You can delete your account by navigating to Settings > Account > Delete Account within the app. Alternatively, send your deletion request to support@calemio.com. Your request will be processed within 30 days, and all personal data will be deleted except where legal retention obligations apply.
How do I cancel my subscription?+
You can cancel App Store subscriptions on your iPhone/iPad via Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, and Google Play subscriptions via Play Store > Profile > Subscriptions. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of the current billing period.
I forgot my password — what should I do?+
Click the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen to receive a password reset link at your registered email address. If the reset email does not arrive, check your spam folder or contact us at support@calemio.com.
Is my data secure?+
Yes. All data is stored with AES-256 encryption and transmitted over TLS 1.3. We are fully compliant with KVKK, GDPR, and the EU AI Act. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy.
Can I manage multiple branches?+
Yes, with a Calemio Pro subscription you can manage unlimited branches and staff. Each branch has its own calendar, staff, and reporting. Visit the Calemio Pro page for details.
How does the AI assistant Mio work?+
Mio uses natural language processing technology to understand your voice and text commands, helping you create appointments, answer customer questions, and deliver business insights. Mio's suggestions are advisory in nature, and you make the final decisions.
