Is Calemio HIPAA/KVKK/GDPR compliant?

Yes, on all three. Client data is end-to-end encrypted at rest and in transit, stored in EU data centers, and we sign a Data Processing Agreement on request. We've been audited for KVKK and GDPR; HIPAA-compliant plans are available for US practitioners on Pro.

I work at multiple clinics. Will my data get mixed up?

No. Calemio's Accounts model keeps each practice (institution, private practice, group practice) in its own Business Account, while your Personal Account is your individual profile. Client records, session notes, and financial data never cross the account boundary, and on the KVKK/GDPR side this isolation is auditable. Only the calendars coordinate in the background, purely to prevent double-booking. Switch accounts in seconds with the pill in the top-right header.

Are there annual contracts or cancellation fees?

No. Calemio has no annual lock-in and no cancellation fees. Monthly subscription, cancel any time with one tap, no legal threats, no surprise invoices, no hidden auto-renewal clauses. Unlike marketplace platforms that hold you hostage, control always stays with you.

Question 4

Does Calemio send clients to me? Do you take a commission?

Accepted Answer

No. Calemio isn't a marketplace, it's your clinic's own infrastructure. We don't charge commissions for referring clients, sell 'visibility boost' packages, or run ad invoices. You grow your own brand independently; we're just the layer between you and your clients, and we have no intention of becoming anything more.

Are my session notes used to train AI?

Never. Notes are encrypted on-device with a key only you hold. Mio sees schedules and client metadata, not clinical content, and nothing from your account is ever used to train models, ours or anyone else's.
